Hn. I've never been much for leading people, but since no one else has decided to step up the duties of Polnoch Quidditch captain seem to have fallen to me. I suppose now's the time to get on everyone about tryouts and practices?

We've got quite a few open positions and I'd like them filled as soon as possible. Tryouts are on Sunday in the morning. If you can't manage to be graceful on a broom while either catching or hitting a ball, don't bother coming. I'm not going to have my team look like idiots in the air.

As for the people on the team all ready, I'll need your help at the tryouts. Especially you, Tanwen. I haven't got the strength- or any idea how- to show anyone trying out for beater much of anything.

Haven't got much to say other than that except I'll have a schedule for practices worked out soon that'll go into effect on Monday.

So, what's this I hear about a co-ed bathroom? Isn't it curious that adult wizards can't easily overcome some kids' hexes? But they can go ahead and take their time fixing them. I'm sure this'll be quite interesting.

My broom's been acting a bit funny, anybody have any skill at pruning and repairing brooms' twigs? I think I might have broken a couple the last time I practiced. I'll need to get it fixed up soon, can't be veering off when I'm going after the Snitch.

Anyway, it seems I've missed quite a bit on these things. I've got a lot to check up on here. I suppose I should apologize? I've never been much of a journal keeper, but apparently I'd conveniently ignored the fact that these are mandatory.
